Straight answers about the money.
These answers describe the approved Attention Access model. Where something is not yet operating, we say so.
- Who receives the gift?
- Sapna Foundation is the legal recipient. Attention Access is a restricted program of Sapna Foundation, with separate financial tracking in the approved model.
- Who decides its use?
- In the approved model, an independent Attention Access committee sets the eligibility framework, approved support categories and awards. The committee is not yet described here as seated. Providers do not select families for their own services, and donors do not choose individual children.
- What support can it fund?
- Eligible, approved attention support: family support, care coordination and educator development. School-wide training is separate from individual family awards.
- Who might be paid?
- Qualified, approved providers. Featured programs—Unlockt, Threaded Care and Attention Ready Schools—are operated by The Attention Institute, which is affiliated with Attention Access's founder. They are possible pathways, not automatic destinations. The approved model includes a commitment in which, for each Attention Access-funded Unlockt child, The Attention Institute provides one year of Threaded Care membership to 25 additional families; this is planned and is not yet an active campaign promise.
- What will be reported?
- Funds received, support funded, people connected, support completed and follow-up measured—kept in separate categories. No verified Attention Access results are available on this site yet.
