A recognized need should lead somewhere.
Someone noticed. What comes next — finding the right support, paying for it, keeping everyone connected — is the hard part. Attention Access helps you take that next step. We do not ask for your child’s diagnosis or health story on this public form.
A useful next step starts with your family.
You do not need to choose a program to explore the kinds of support Attention Access is designed to help fund.
What happens after a request?
This public form collects only an adult’s contact details. It registers interest; it is not an application for available funding, and it is not an emergency service. Any approved next step uses a separate process.
- Your family keeps a voice
Support should reflect strengths, daily goals, and what already helps.
- Different options may fit
Approved support can include coaching, evaluation, care, navigation, or coordination.
- No promised result
Programs vary. An award does not guarantee a particular health or school outcome.
Ask about access.
Begin with your contact information. This is an interest request, not an award application.
A few good questions.
Does asking for help mean we will receive funding?
No. An inquiry does not itself confirm funding or enrollment.
Do we need to share medical details here?
No. This public form is for an adult’s contact details only. Do not include a child’s name, diagnosis, medical records or health history.
Can we take part outside Florida?
Attention Access’s mission is national. Availability is checked for each service and family. In-person programs, professional licensing, virtual access, and funding can limit what is available in a particular place.
Does the fund replace a doctor or school support team?
No. Attention Access does not diagnose or replace clinical care, school services, or an existing care team. Qualified professionals remain responsible for clinical decisions.
Help another family find a way forward.
