Start with less information. Protect what matters.

This public website is for information, movement interest, and giving. It is not a place to share a child’s health records.

Who this notice covers

This notice covers the Attention Access Fund website, a charitable program of Sapna Foundation. The payment processor and any provider platforms have their own privacy terms.

What our forms collect

Depending on the form, we ask an adult for:

  • name and email address (required)
  • state, city, role and organization
  • school name, city and state, and up to three ranked school choices from the federal school list or typed in
  • the type of support or area of interest you choose
  • your required consent to be contacted about your inquiry, and optional consent to receive news
  • campaign tags from the link you followed (such as UTM values) and the page you submitted from

We do not ask for a child’s name, diagnosis or health story. Please do not enter them.

Gifts

Card details are entered in the payment processor’s secure checkout and never reach this site. For each gift we keep the amount, currency, one-time or monthly, the purpose you chose, any campaign tag, any preferred schools and your email address.

Where it is stored and who sees it

Entries and gift records are kept in a private database that the public cannot read. Attention Access staff review them manually. This site does not send automatic emails when you submit a form; staff reply personally. The payment processor may email a receipt for a gift.

Tracking

This site does not load advertising pixels or analytics. It keeps campaign tags in a temporary browser session and does not save names, emails or health information in your browser.

School nominations

A nomination is not published. Naming a school does not confirm its participation.
